MOSES LAKE – Moses Lake police quickly caught up with a suspect on the run after a carjacking Wednesday. Police tracked down 29-year-old Isaiah Ramirez in Warden, where he led officers on a nearly hour long pursuit before getting away. Then on Thursday, deputies located Ramirez at a home on Maple Drive where he ran and hid in a backyard utility shed, berofe finally surrendering. He was being held at the Grant County Jail.
