LEAVENWORTH – Washington National Guard Members are in Leavenworth meeting with local leaders after the city declared a disaster following record-breaking snowfall. Gov. Jay Inslee has issued an emergency weather proclamation allowing the city to receive state and federal emergency aid funding.
