MOSES LAKE – A Moses Lake father who’s son was found dead last year inside a burning car is still searching for answers. On Wednesday, the Sheriff’s Office re-confirmed that foul play was not a factor in the death of Masan Totou. Now, the 25-year-old’s father, and owner of a Moses Lake diner, is offering a $10,000 reward for information about the circumstances surrounding his son’s death. The coroner says Masan’s manner of death is ‘undetermined.’
