OTHELLO – Alcohol is being blamed for a head on crash west of Othello Saturday night that claimed the lives of three people. Troopers say 30-year-old Homero Vicente Victoriano was driving drunk when he crossed the centerline at SR 26 and Road D SE, and collided with a vehilcle, killing the driver, 78-year-old Eloy Romero-Serrano of Royal City, along with two of his passengers.
