UPDATE – Drugs and alcohol were not a factor in a crash that killed a 63-year-old Moxee, Washington man near the Vantage Bridge on Saturday. According to an update, Richard Potts apparently lost control of his bike on I-90 near George and slammed into the jersey barrier.
