MOSES LAKE – Authorities arrested a couple they say was caught on video stealing a pistol from a car in a WinCo parking lot. Police say the theft took place last Thursday, and the suspects were identified as, Kyle L. Knemeyer, 33, of Spokane, and Mandilynn A. Law, 25, of Clarkston. Both are being held at the Grant County Jail on charges of theft of a firearm and vehicle prowling.
