ROYAL CITY – An Othello man is now behind bars after getting caught breaking into a Royal City home on Friday, thanks to a security app. Sheriff’s officials say the homeowner allegedly saw the perpetrator enter his house on his home security phone app. 47-year-old Erasmo Gutierrez was arrested for second-degree burglary.
