MATTAWA – The Grant County Coroner has identified the man found floating in an irrigation canal near Mattawa over the weekend. The coroner says the circumstances surrounding the death of 30-year-old Jose Flores-Garcia, whose body was pulled from a canal on Road U-SW Saturday afternoon is ‘suspicious.’
