MOSES LAKE – Grant County 5th graders are learning about clean energy. Students will get the opportunity to build and race palm-sized solar cars, and learn the science behind hydropower production, during Grant PUD and REC Silicon’s annual solar car races and fair Wednesday and Thursday at Big Bend Community College’s quad.
