MOSES LAKE – The former Moses Lake police training facility could soon be home to the unhoused. During Tuesday’s Ad Hoc Homeless Committee public meeting members recommended that the municipality convert the former city firing range into a protected living site for people residing in vehicles and RVs, without the risk of being impounded. The city will further discuss the tranformation at its May 23rd regular meeting.
