MOSES LAKE – A car vs pedestrian crash in Moses Lake Monday resulted in the driver being penalized. Moses Lake Police say the collision happened at Broadway Avenue and Stratford Road where the driver failed to yield for the pedestrian while they crossed the street. A citation was issued in the incident.
