Look out for more flashing emergency lights over the next two months if you’re traveling on any of Washington’s state highways. State Troopers have begun their ‘Move Over, Slow Down’ patrols, with a focus on educating drivers about a law that requires motorists to move over or slow down when approaching emergency zones or work zones, involving police, fire, and ambulance crews, and also tow trucks and work crews.
