Names of two people killed in two car collision near Ephrata released

EPHRATA – The names of two people killed in Saturday morning’s two car collision near Ephrata have been made public. Investigators say, Spokane resident Dejay E. Troupe, and Ephrata resident Mya Kay Avila, who were passengers in a vehicle driven by, Cesar Torivio Balderas Jr, 18, of Moses Lake, died at the scene of the crash on Baird Springs Road Northwest at Sagebrush Flats Road Northwest. Balderas and a third passenger, along with two occupants in the other vehicle were hospitalized with serious injuries. The investigation into the wreck is ongoing.
