SOAP LAKE – An investigation is underway after a hit-and-run left an elderly man injured near Soap Lake on Saturday. Sheriff’s officials say a 71-year-old man was struck by a vehilce while he was walking along Road 20 NE. He was was flown to a regional hospital for treatment. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this accident to come forward.
