ROYAL CITY – A fued between two brothers resulted in charges being filed against one of them who is accused of assaulting a Royal City police officer Tuesday night. Royal City police say 18-year-old Carlos J. Ochoa II was trying to break in to his brother’s residence in violation of a restraining order and when police attempted to handcuff him, Ocha allegedy bit the officer’s arm. The teen is now facing multiple charges.
