KENNEWICK – A 49-year-old Franklin County woman could face more than two decades behind bars for killing her wife in Mesa [meesa] last year, and kidnapping their two kids. The Tri-City Herald reports that Chiloe Chervenell was arrested in the death of Kathleen Chervenell-Brinson whose body was found under a pile of bicycles at her Mesa home. Kathleen was a Mesa mayoral candidate in 2017. Chiloe faces 25 years in prison when she’s sentenced.
