SPOKANE – A former Wenatchee man indicted in connection to a home appraisal scam pleaded not guilty in federal court this week. Jason Carnell O’Daffer is charged with fraudulently obtaining more than $100,000 for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan in 2021 for his home appraisal business, spending the money on personal items, including buying an RV.
