OTHELLO – The owner of a dog accused of theft in Othello now faces a possible citation for the canine crime. Adams County Sheriff’s officials say the homeowner caught his neighbor’s dog, Scooby, stealing a steak from his outdoor fridge at his house on West SR 26 April 17. The rottweiler then went into the man’s pasture and took a bite out of one of his cows. Authorities say the dog may be deemed as ‘dangerous.’
