MOSES LAKE – A physically challenged Moses Lake man is getting a helping hand from the police department.
Moses Lake police received a call about a homeless wheelchair-bound man, and booked him a hotel room for the night, using his BlueBridge Alliance debit card, a donation based community assistance platform, an officer told Source ONE News on Monday.
