Man convicted for domestic assault of BBCC student learns his fate

MOSES LAKE – A man convicted for a domestic assault at Big Bend Community College has learned his fate. Moses Denzel Jones, 24, pleaded guilty Tuesday, stemming from the incident in which he’s accused of threatening a 19 year old student he was dating with a pair of scissors on Jan. 30 and choking her while they were studying in her dorm room. Jones was sentenced to six months in jail.
