SPOKANE – An ICE officer arrested by Othello police in a human sex trafficking investigation has been indicted in federal court. Koby Don Williams, 47, of Ellensburg, turned himself in Tuesday morning. The 47 year old is accused in connection to the July 26, 2022 human sex trafficking sting, in which investigators say he had agreed to pay for sex with a 13-year-old girl. He is facing between 10 years and up to life in prison.
