MOSES LAKE – A Grant County deputy has been cleared of any wrong doing in a July 10 police involved shoot out near Moses Lake. Following an investigation, the Grant County Prosecutor’s Office determined deputy Tyson Voss was justified in his use of deadly force in the incident in which he returned fire on a suspect who had opened fire while fleeing arrest.
