A GoFundMe has been launced to support the family of two children killed in a head on carsh on I-82 near Sunnyside Tuesday. Troopers initiated a traffic stop along I-90 and the driver sped off, forcing Troopers to end their pursuit due to new state law. About an hour later that same driver collided with a vehicle, killing two children. 20-year-old Keith Goings of Missouri was arrested and could face vehicular homicide charges.
