ODESSA – A 60-year-old man whose arm was reportedly hanging on ‘by a thread’ following a dirt bike crash on Sunday remains hospitalized. Lincoln County Sheriff’s officials say the dirt bike rider was racing near the meat packing plant just south of the city when the wreck happened and reportedly “forced his arm into the ground.”
