OTHELLO – After a brief standoff a wanted man was taken into custody in Othello Tuesday. Nicholas Romero Rivera was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants, stemming from a 2022 armed domestic incident, and a 2017 police chase that ended with him crashing near Moses Lake. He’s also suspected of booby-trapping a vehicle with a derogatory message for law enforcement in Adams County.
