WENATCHEE – A woman died in a mobile home fire early Wednesday morning in Wenatchee. First responders arrived at a mobile home park on North Wenatchee Avenue, and attempted rescue efforts but had to stop due to the excessive smoke and fire, according to Wenatchee police. Firefighters were eventually able to reach the 45-year-old woman and CPR was started but she died at the scene. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
