MATTAWA – A man accused of killing his neighbor in 2021 in the Mattawa area because of an ongoing property and cattle dispute is facing new charges. Two deadly weapon enhancements were added to the murder charge Monday, according to court records, which state video shows Juan Manuel Silva Murillo aiming at the victim before firing two shots in the fatal August incident. He is being held on $5 million bail.
