After COVID delays plans for new Samaritan hospital back on track

MOSES LAKE – Plans for a new Samaritan hospital are moving forward. Samaritan Healthcare commissioners have unanimously approved a ballot proposition for construction of a new 50-bed hospital. Samaritan commissioners approved plans back in 2018 but the COVID-19 pandemic put a hold on the project, which was initially scheduled to be completed 2022. The proposal will be placed on the April 25 special election ballot.
