Man convicted in November DUI wreck near Warden sentenced

WARDEN – A man convicted in a November DUI wreck near Warden has been sentenced to jail time. Timothy Johnson pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular assault, stemming from the collision on state Route 17 at Road 6, where troopers say the 25 year old ran the stop sign and crashed into an SUV. Johnson, one of his passengers and the driver of the SUV were injured. A judge ordered Johnson on Monday to serve one year in prison.
