BANKS LAKE – Falling through the ice at a popular ice fishing spot near Grand Coulee left one person shaken and shivering, but unharmed. Grand Coulee Fire and EMS says everyone who was fishing on Sunday in the North Dam at Banks Lake when the incident happened were able to make it to shore safely before emergency personnel arrived, and the individual that fell through the ice was able to maneuver their way back to shore.
