A man with ties to Moses Lake faces a lengthy prison sentence on a long list of criminal charges. According to Okanogan County’s prosecuting attorney, 34-year-old Stephen Vasquez of Omak was convicted this week on nearly a dozen charges, stemming from several armed robberies in 2021 in Omak and Okanogan. His parents, formerly of Moses Lake, are also facing charges for allegedly lying to law enforcement about their son’s whereabouts. The Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office and Omak Police Department worked together to secure a conviction.
