EPHRATA – An Ephrata woman was cited in connection to a 2 car crash during Thursday morning rush hour. Ephrata Police say 38-year-old Hilda Ramirez Alaniz failed to yield the right of way on SR 282 and collided with an oncoming vehicle on Dodson Rd. heading onto A St.. No injuries were reported, but there was damage to at least one of the vehicles. Drugs and alcohol were not factors in the wreck, police confirmed.
