SOAP LAKE – A man is facing first-degree assault and drive-by shooting charges after deputies say he shot at another driver Monday afternoon near Soap Lake. Grant County deputies responded to state Route 28 and the victim told police he was shot at with a bullet shattering his windshield, lodging in the headrest of the passenger seat. Bail was set at $150,000 during Kolton Dana’s first court appearance Tuesday afternoon. An arraignment hearing was set for Feb. 7.
