WATERVILLE – Bail was set at $3 million for the man accused in a fatal domestic shooting on Badger Mountain Road near Waterville. 27-year-old Dalton Scott Potter faces more than a dozen charges linked to the shooting death of Alyssa Longwell Saturday, and of a father and daughter who were driving about 200 feet behind the suspect’s vehicle, according to court records. Potter is due back in court for an arraignment hearing on Feb. 9.
