OTHELLO – Washington State Troopers say an Othello man is facing charges in an early Saturday morning hit and run wreck on SR 17. State Patrol officials say 21-year-old Santos Sontay-Hernandez crossed the centerline and collided with an oncoming car. Troopers say the motorist who was hit by Hernandez was injured. Hernandez was arrested a short time after leaving the scene of the accident. The investigation into the incidentis continuing.
