EPHRATA – Longtime Ephrata police officer Eric Koch is Ephrata’s new police chief. Koch, who’s been on Ephrata’s police force for 18 years, was formally sworn in on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at Ephrata city hall. In a phone interview with iFIBER ONE News Thursday, Koch said he appreciates the community’s support.
