Former ACX employee accused of setting fire to business also charged with theft

UPDATE – ELLENSBURG – We’re learning more about a former ACX employee accused of setting a fire that destroyed a shop building. Lyle Chance Morgan, who handled security, was previously charged with breaking into an ACX office and stealing $2,000 while he was employed at the business. He is charged in Kittitas County Superior Court with first-degree arson in connection to the Dec. 2 fire at an ACX facility and the Ellensburg recreation center. Morgan was fired in September after he was charged with burglary and theft.
