Pilot of plane that crash landed in Franklin County field miraculously walked away with minor injuries

KAHLOTUS – The pilot of a plane that crash landed in a Franklin County field Tuesday afternoon miraculously walked away with minor injuries. Franklin County deputies say the plane’s engine reportedly “cut out” and the aircraft descended rapidly, before crashing in a field just north of Kahlotus. The pilot was transported to an area hospital with a facial cut and chest pain.
