Victims of fatal firey multi-vehicle crash near Moses Lake identified

MOSES LAKE – State troopers have identified those involved in a three-vehicle wrong way crash that killed two people Saturday night on I-90 near Moses Lake. State patrol officials say 54-year-old Duane Lamotte of Spokane was heading in the opposite direction when he collided with a semi truck, driven by 54-year-old Hoa Duong of Medical Lake, causing the semi to run into an SUV in front of it, before it then burst into flames. The occupants of the SUV were unhurt. Duong and Lamotte died at the scene. It’s unknown at this time if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
