TONASKET – Three suspects wanted in connection to recent thefts in Tonasket were arrested Monday. Okanogan County deputies say 33-year-old Jory Vallee, and two passengers were taken into custody after a brief police chase that began when officers attempted to pull over a pickup truck reportedly involved in thefts from Beyers Market and the driver refused to stop and reportedly almost hit the patrol vehicle as he fled, according to the sheriff’s office. The pickup truck eventually crashed into a stack of fruit bins and Vallee and two women in the car were taken into custody on multiple charges.
