Projekt Bayern has won the right to use the trademark “Leavenworth Oktoberfest”

SPOKANE – Projekt Bayern has won the right to use the trademark “Leavenworth Oktoberfest.” iFIBER ONE News partner, KPQ, reports that on Wednesday the court found the 10-month interval between Projekt Bayern’s initial announcement to move Oktoberfest and when the city issued their summons didn’t prove irreparable harm was done. According to KPQ, the injunction denial means Projekt Bayern can hold their Oktoberfest in Wenatchee without having to change the event’s name. KPQ reports that a telephone conference between the two entities is set for Oct. 5.
