It was the first day on the job Wednesday for REC Silicon’s new Chief Executive Officer. REC Silicon’s board of directors appointed William Kurt Levens to replace interim CEO James May II, who became REC Silicon’s temporary leader in November 2021. Levens will lead the company in the reopening of its Moses Lake factory.
