MOSES LAKE – The parents of a teen who was assaulted at the Grant County Fair are now seeking a restraining order against the suspect, who knew the victim. The boys mother reported Wednesday that her 15-year-old son was attacked by another 15-year-old on Tuesday during the fair. The two boys apparently had ongoing personal problems with each other, deputies couldn’t confirm how the suspect and victim were acquainted, according to Grant County Sheriff’s officials.
