MOSES LAKE – A new restaurant is serving up authentic Italian food in Moses Lake. ENZO opens in Moses Lake on Aug. 29 and the family owned eatery will be bringing more than their ‘old world’ recipes and traditions to the table, they’ll also be serving up a boost to the local economy. The opening of ENZO marks the area’s only Italian restaurant, and they’ve already had an impact on the local economy, after creating 40 jobs.
