DESERT AIRE – Five people remained at a Tri-cities hospital overnight following a rollover crash near Othello. Washington State Patrol says the wreck happened on State Route 24 west of Othello Wednesday afternoon when 21-year-old Alyessa Hernandez lost control of her vehicle near Saddle Mountain Lake and overturned and slammed into a fence. Hernandez and four teen passengers were injured in the crash.
Troopers say alcohol and drugs were not factors.
