Grant County Sheriff’s Office is facing a misconduct lawsuit

EPHRATA – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office is facing a misconduct lawsuit. According to legal documents obtained by iFIBER ONE News, two former deputies are suing the department, its former sheriff, its current acting sheriff and its former chief deputy for $10 million in damages citing they were retaliated against for reporting or opposing employer misconduct and forced to quit after an employer created a toxic work environment.
