10 year olds in custody for vandalizing Okanogan School Building

OKANOGAN – Two young boys are in a heap of trouble after allegedly causing over $100,000 in damage at the Okanogan School Building over the weekend. On Sunday, just before 6 p.m., Okanogan County Sheriff’s officials say deputies responded to reports from a neighbor who said they heard the sound of shattered glass, and found several windows broken and damage inside the building. Two of the school districts vehicles were also vandalized. The two 10 year olds were booked into Okanogan County Juvenile detention for Burglary and Theft charges.
