SOAP LAKE – An Ephrata burglary suspect out of jail on bail is now back behind bars and facing new charges. Soap Lake police arrested Jakkob McCallin Tuesday after he was quickly linked to two other burglaries in Soap Lake that morning. Security cameras at one location reportedly helped police identify McCallin as the suspect. The 25-year-old was booked into Grant County Jail, and was released after posting bail. Police say he may also be conntected to other crimes in the area and the investigation is continuing.
