MOSES LAKE – Distracted driving is suspected to have played a role in a single vehicle crash on I-90 east of Moses Lake on Tuesday. According to Washington State Troopers, 49-year-old Su-dong Moon was unhurt in the rollover wreck in which he apparently lost control of his rented U-Haul, skidded off the roadway, taking out ten posts of WSDOT fencing, before the U-Haul filled with household goods overturned. The crash caused a road closure that lasted a couple of hours. Moon was cited and will have to pay a fine, as well as the costs for property damage.
