EAST WENATCHEE – Witness tips and clues compiled by East Wenatchee detectives led to the arrest of a suspect in a multi-county wide theft ring. The Columbia River Drug Task Force served a search warrant Friday at a North Keller Street address and confiscated hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of property stolen from several construction sites in Chelan, Leavenworth, Wenatchee, East Wenatchee and Rock Island. Some of the property was returned to the owners. The task force is asking anyone with a construction site that was burglarized to call police.
